Mural at Matriarch in Newport, RI.

Matriarch is a gift shop in Newport, RI that sells cookbooks, clothing, and accessories centered around food and female empowerment.

The owner wanted the look & feel of the mural to feel fun and bright and still relate to the product line she offers. We landed on botanical and citrus illustrations in bold, saturated colors.

The color palette of the mural matches the color palette the store overall.

For this project, we mocked up the artwork in color before painting it onto the wall.
