Wayfair Wallpaper Pattern Design

Project Details: For Wayfair’s first brick and mortar store, I created a proprietary branded pattern to be used as wallpaper for select areas of the store. Our inspiration for the pattern was toile, a French pattern-making technique that uses repeating scenes to tell a story. For Wayfair, the objective was to tell the story of the Wayfair customer experience of through Wayfair-coded scenes. The pattern captures things like the Wayfair store, an imaginative Wayfair warehouse, a Wayfair-themed town square, and neighborhoods and people of all kinds. The pattern was produced on wallpaper, as well as coffee cups, reusable bags, and other materials.
